The MELAG Vacuclave 41B+ Autoclave is a fast, high-capacity Class B steam steriliser designed for busy dental practices and decontamination rooms. With an 18-litre chamber, 8 tray positions and capacity for up to 9kg of instruments, it gives practices the speed and space needed for demanding daily workflows.
Using double jacket technology and powerful steam generation, the Vacuclave 41B+ can sterilise instruments in as little as 8 minutes, or 10 minutes with drying, depending on the programme and load. The DRYtelligence drying system adapts drying time to each load, helping improve efficiency while reducing energy and water use.
With integrated water tanks, Smart-Touch controls, ProControl batch approval and built-in data logging, it provides a complete stand-alone sterilisation solution.

This gives practices greater flexibility when planning or upgrading a decontamination room.
Cycle data can be logged via CF card or network connection.
The MELAconnect App also allows cycle progress and device status to be monitored remotely within the practice, helping the team stay informed without repeatedly checking the unit.
