The NXT Hg5 Amalgam Separator is a turnkey amalgam separation system designed to support regulatory compliance, protect vacuum equipment and capture mercury-containing waste before it reaches the water system. With ISO 11143:2008 certification and a 99% separation rate, it provides reliable amalgam capture for busy dental practices.
The system combines amalgam separation, recycling and documentation support in one practical solution. Its clear container design allows easy visual inspection, while the compact unit can be wall or floor mounted to suit the plant room or surgery setup.
Compatible with wet or dry vacuum systems, the NXT Hg5 helps protect expensive vacuum pumps by capturing sediment before it reaches the equipment. Container changeout is quick, clean and tool-free when replacement is required.
