The CAS 1 combines air-water separation and amalgam separation in a single unit, making it ideal for integration directly into treatment centres or installation as a stand-alone system.
Its two-stage separation system, featuring a cyclone separator and dynamic turbine, achieves a much higher separation efficiency compared to conventional technologies.
The integrated amalgam centrifuge delivers an outstanding separation rate of 97.9%, certified by DIBT Berlin (Test No. Z 64.1-20).
This ensures compliance with European and German environmental regulations without the need for an additional spittoon valve.
Thanks to cushioned hose connections and an intelligent design, the CAS 1 operates with minimal noise and vibration. At just 56 dB(A), it supports a quieter, more comfortable working environment.
The amalgam centrifuge is self-cleaning to prevent blockages and maintain system efficiency.
An optional rinsing unit can be connected to prevent blood coagulation and deposits, extending the system’s lifespan and improving hygiene standards.
