The Faro Maia LED Operating Light is a professional dental operating light designed to deliver reliable high-performance clinical illumination with excellent visual comfort and long-term efficiency. Combining Faro’s patented reflected-light optical system with advanced LED technology, Maia produces a highly uniform light field while helping minimise glare for both patients and clinicians.
Designed as a practical and cost-effective solution for modern dental surgeries, the Maia provides progressive light intensity adjustment, smooth ergonomic positioning and optional 3D movement functionality. Its compact design, removable autoclavable handles and fanless cooling system support both hygiene management and low-maintenance operation.

The Faro Maia Operating Light is designed to provide a highly defined and uniform illuminated field for accurate clinical visibility during dental procedures.
Its patented reflected-light optical system prevents direct exposure to the LED light sources while using 258 precision reflecting facets within each reflector to distribute light evenly across the treatment area.
This creates a controlled elliptical light field measuring 170 x 95 mm while helping reduce glare for both patient and clinician.
The Maia features continuous electronic light intensity adjustment allowing clinicians to tailor illumination levels depending on the procedure and working preference.
