The Tyscor VSA 2 concentrates suction and separation into one compact unit. Designed for two users, it delivers a maximum unimpeded flow rate of 1200 l/min and up to 160 mbar vacuum, ensuring stable and consistent clinical performance.
The integrated two-stage separation system reliably prevents secretions and blood foam from entering the turbine space, protecting the drive unit and maintaining long-term reliability.
Using advanced radial technology, the Tyscor range sets new standards for efficiency. Independent measurements by the Fraunhofer Institute confirm up to 75% lower energy consumption compared to traditional side channel blowers.
Load-dependent automatic adjustment ensures constant suction power while reducing unnecessary energy use, lowering operating costs over time.
With a housing made from noise-absorbing foamed plastic and an engineering design focused on smooth running, the Tyscor VSA 2 is among the quietest suction units in its class. Noise levels are as low as 50 dB(A) with housing, supporting a calmer clinical environment.
An electronic control system enhances operational reliability and allows adaptation to specific practice conditions. Automatic switching to a second device in tandem configuration ensures uninterrupted treatment, even in demanding situations.
The modular layout allows expansion as your practice grows. Starting with two operators, Tyscor systems can scale to accommodate up to 12 operators without replacing the original unit. Tyscor Tandem Flex enables upgrades and integration with systems from other manufacturers.
All key functional components are protected against corrosion. Integrated anti-bacterial modules in the radial fan inhibit bacterial growth and ensure hygienic component surfaces.
A standard condensation separator protects against moisture build-up. The flow accelerator developed by DÜRR DENTAL helps prevent deposits, odours and hygiene issues within the pipe network, particularly in multi-room practices with central installation.
