The Acteon Newtron LED Scaler Handpiece is a chair-mounted ultrasonic handpiece designed to deliver precise scaling performance with enhanced visibility during treatment. Combining Acteon's proven piezoelectric technology with integrated LED illumination, it provides accurate vibration control and clear visual access to the treatment area.

Designed for seamless integration with compatible dental units, the Newtron LED Handpiece offers excellent ergonomics and compatibility with a wide range of Acteon scaler tips. Its slim lightweight design helps reduce hand fatigue during longer procedures, while the integrated LED light improves visibility in difficult-to-access areas.

Precision Piezoelectric Technology

The Newtron LED Handpiece uses advanced piezoelectric technology to deliver precise and controlled ultrasonic vibration during treatment.

Operating across a frequency range of 28–36 kHz, it provides efficient scaling performance while maintaining clinician control and patient comfort. The precise vibration characteristics support a wide range of clinical applications, from routine prophylaxis through to specialist periodontal and implant maintenance procedures.

Integrated LED Illumination

An integrated LED light is positioned to illuminate the working area directly at the treatment tip.

This enhanced visibility helps improve access to deep periodontal pockets, posterior regions and other difficult-to-see treatment areas. Better illumination supports more precise instrumentation and improved clinical outcomes.

Designed for Chair Integration
