The Cattani Turbo Smart ‘A’ is a high-performance, variable speed suction system designed for conservation and surgical dentistry.
Supplied for two surgeries as standard and upgradeable to four, it delivers powerful airflow and high vacuum performance with intelligent speed control.
The system automatically adjusts suction demand in real time, ensuring consistent performance while optimising energy use.
With TÜV certified amalgam retention, SmartApp connectivity and an optional sound-reducing cabinet, Turbo Smart ‘A’ offers reliable, scalable and digitally monitored suction for modern multi-surgery practices.
Turbo Smart ‘A’ uses intelligent variable speed technology to adapt instantly to clinical demand. When a suction tip is opened, the motor increases speed to deliver the required airflow. When it is closed, the system slows down automatically.
This responsive adjustment ensures stable vacuum levels, efficient energy use and consistent suction across multiple surgeries.
Supplied for two surgeries, the system can be upgraded to support up to four if required, making it suitable for growing practices.
Designed for conservation and surgical applications, Turbo Smart ‘A’ delivers a maximum flow rate of 1400 l/min and up to 210 mbar vacuum in continuous service. This ensures strong, reliable performance throughout the working day.
The unit connects via WiFi to the free Cattani SmartApp, enabling professionals to monitor system status, alarms, servicing intervals and maintenance requirements.
The integrated digital display shows amalgam container levels, operating temperature and total hours worked, supporting accurate servicing and compliance.
Connection to the SmartApp is required as part of the unit’s warranty conditions.
Turbo Smart ‘A’ achieves 98.1% amalgam retention, certified by TÜV. This supports compliance with environmental regulations and ensures reliable separation performance.
As standard, the system operates at 68–69 dB(A). An optional fitted sound-reducing cabinet reduces noise levels to as low as 51.6 dB(A), supporting a calmer practice environment.
Turbo Smart ‘A’ is supplied with a 3-year warranty. An optional additional 2-year warranty can be purchased at point of sale, extending coverage to 5 years.
Warranties are subject to servicing schedule terms and SmartApp connection requirements.
