The Cattani AC100 Compressor is designed for single surgery dental practices that need reliable, clean and dry compressed air.
This oil-free unit uses a desiccant drying system to support consistent air quality and long-term equipment performance. It can be supplied with or without an integrated dryer and with optional noise reduction for quieter operation.
Each unit is hand built and quality checked, meeting ISO 22052 standards. Antimicrobial protection is built in, with BIOCOTE® silver ion technology coating the receiver internally to help protect against bacteria and mould.
The AC100 is engineered for efficiency, low maintenance and dependable daily use within a recommended operating temperature of +5°C to +35°C.
The AC100 Compressor is recommended for practices running a single surgery where consistent compressed air supply is critical to daily operations. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for dedicated plant areas without compromising output.
An oil-free design combined with a desiccant drying system ensures the delivery of clean, dry air. This supports equipment longevity and helps maintain clinical standards. Compressor filters provide high levels of air purification, with the option to upgrade to HEPA H14 filtration for enhanced protection.
The self-purging drying column reduces maintenance requirements while supporting long-term reliability. Each compressor is hand built and quality checked at every stage of production to ensure consistent performance and durability.
The internal receiver is coated with BIOCOTE® silver ion technology to provide permanent antimicrobial protection against microbes such as bacteria and mould. The exterior is finished with electrostatic paint for added durability.
For noise-sensitive environments, the AC100 is available with a sound reducing cover, supplied as the AC100Q variant. All Cattani compressors include a 5 year warranty, with the option to extend coverage to 7 years.
