The Bambi VTS75D is a compact silent oil-free dental air compressor designed to support one dental chair. It combines a 0.75 HP motor with a 23-litre vertical receiver, integrated dryer and aftercooler.
The compressor delivers 58 litres of free air per minute at 5 bar while producing a noise level of 57 dB(A). This makes it suitable for practices where the compressor must be installed closer to occupied areas.
The VTS75D also falls below the 250 bar-litre PSSR threshold, so most installations do not normally require a formal Written Scheme of Examination.

Its 0.75 HP oil-free motor delivers 58 litres of free air per minute at 5 bar. The compressor is fitted with a 23-litre vertical receiver, helping reduce the floor space required for installation.
The VTS75D produces a noise level of 57 dB(A), making it considerably quieter than standard VT models of a similar capacity.
Its enclosed design makes it suitable for dental practices where plant room space is limited or where the compressor is installed near surgeries, offices or other occupied rooms.
The installation location should still provide suitable ventilation, access and clearance for servicing.
The VTS75D includes an air dryer and aftercooler as standard.
The aftercooler reduces the temperature of compressed air after it leaves the pump. This helps moisture condense before the air reaches the dryer.
The dryer removes further moisture from the supply, helping protect dental equipment and provide clean, dry compressed air for clinical use.
The oil-free pump prevents lubricating oil from entering the compressed air supply.
This supports cleaner air delivery and helps protect sensitive dental equipment. The compressor operates at pressures up to 8 bar and is supplied with a 10-micron filter regulator for particulate filtration and pressure control.
The VTS75D includes a soft-start solenoid valve.
When the power supply is disconnected, the valve releases pressure from the pump. This reduces the load during restart, helping protect the compressor from overload and supporting a longer working life.
The air receiver is internally coated to reduce the risk of corrosion and help maintain air quality over time.
The VTS75D falls below the 250 bar-litre threshold defined by the UK Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000.
For most installations, this means a formal Written Scheme of Examination is not normally required. This can reduce inspection costs and the administrative work associated with larger compressed air systems.
The requirements of the complete installation should still be assessed individually.
The VTS75D is designed, built and quality tested in Britain.
Bambi Air Ltd is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management System. The compressor is UKCA and CE marked and has been externally tested by TÜV SÜD for compliance.
The air receiver is covered by a five-year warranty while the compressor is covered for two years.
