The Ancar S3 Knee Break with Whip Arm dental unit is designed to deliver flexibility, durability and advanced control in a modern clinical environment.
Built with a high-grade aluminium structure, the S3W combines a knee-break chair design with a whip arm delivery system for smooth instrument handling and improved patient access. Its ambidextrous layout allows installation for both left- and right-handed users, making it ideal for shared surgeries.
With a 7-inch Android touchscreen, wireless foot control and fully sterilizable components, the S3W supports efficient workflows while maintaining high standards of hygiene and ease of use.
The S3W features a knee-break chair design with a reclining legrest and auto-extending footrest.
This allows easier patient entry and exit, particularly for those with reduced mobility. The design also supports a more natural seated position and improves face-to-face interaction during consultations.
The whip arm instrument tray provides stable, controlled movement with non-pulling, auto-compensated hoses.
A self-compensating gas piston system allows the tray to move freely and hold position without manual locking. The 3D movement and ergonomic handles help reduce strain while keeping instruments within easy reach.
The floor-mounted hydric box supports both left- and right-handed configurations.
With a 70-degree rotating spittoon box and adjustable tray positioning, the unit can be adapted to suit different clinicians and treatment styles. The aspiration hose arm can also be positioned for ambidextrous use.
The 7-inch Android-based touchscreen provides full control over chair functions and instrument settings.
You can view images, videos and manuals directly on the unit, while configuring scaler modes, micromotor torque, spray settings and speed ranges. The interface is designed to simplify workflows and keep key controls easily accessible.
The assistant arm includes a capacitive keypad and adjustable height, supporting efficient four-handed dentistry.
A wireless foot pedal allows hands-free control of chair and instrument functions, improving workflow and reducing interruptions during treatment.
The S3W is built for fast and effective cleaning between patients.
The spittoon bowl, faucet and cup holder are fully removable and sterilizable, while suction hoses are thermo disinfectable. Removable silicone mats and holders further support infection control and ease of maintenance.
