Complete surgery renovation at One Harley Street with Heka UNIC chair installation—delivered on time, beautifully finished and patient-approved.

Situated in the prestigious One Harley Street, Dr Jonathan Hall’s treatment room was home to a 20-year-old Sirona chair that no longer met the clinical or aesthetic standards of a modern private practice. Dr Hall was looking to enhance the patient experience, improve workflow efficiency and modernise the space without compromising on equipment quality or design.
After recommendations from fellow clinicians Sven Sorenson and Mads Nyborg of The Clinic Dental, and Yusef Moazzam Ali of Ivy House Dental Practice, Dr Hall turned his attention to the Heka Dental UNIC Treatment Centre—a unit he was already familiar with and admired for its ergonomics, design and reliability.
However, he had concerns about installation and aftercare, unsure whether his usual equipment providers could support the Heka unit properly. On Heka Dental’s recommendation, Dr Hall reached out to us. After speaking with other dentists who had used our services, he was confident we were the right fit to deliver the high-end solution he envisioned.
Working from Dr Hall’s own sketches and ideas, we developed a detailed renovation plan and delivered it within a tight schedule. To modernise the space and remove physical barriers to access, we eliminated the raised floor and re-routed all services beneath the original surface, removing the step into the surgery.
Our team managed the complete refurbishment, including relocation of the air conditioning unit, to create a clean, efficient, and contemporary treatment environment.
