Milton Keynes University Hospital discovered our services online while they were searching for a company that offered a Turnkey Fit-out solution. Their plan was to move walls around in the Orthodontic and Maxillofacial department to create separate and additional surgeries. They also had some old Dental chairs that were struggling to function and needed to be replaced.
We sent them our quote along with other companies in the tender process and we were chosen to complete the work. Our knowledge and experience with hospitals and NHS was a big factor in their decision.
This project involved detailed planning over a long period of time with the hospital and their architect for the refurbishment and alterations to the layout of the Maxillofacial and Orthodontics Department. The project was delayed due to compliance within the build works area and as a result it turned into a much bigger project than initially thought. The overall design included 3 Orthodontic surgeries and 2 Maxillofacial surgeries as can be seen in the plans above.
