A two-phase refurbishment project that transformed a decades-old practice into a modern, functional space, with new surgeries, upgraded equipment and improved layouts designed for long-term success.
Alexanders Dental Practice had stood the test of time, both in reputation and in bricks and mortar.
When Dr Minakshi Kansal took over the long-established practice, parts of the building hadn’t seen refurbishment in nearly four decades.
Having worked with Eclipse before at Manor Lodge Dental Practice, Dr Kansal and Dr Christina Spyrou turned to us again.
This time to transform and modernise the surgeries at Alexanders.
What began as a single surgery refurbishment evolved into something much more.
Three surgeries and a plant room were completed in succession, with a fourth surgery now in the design phase.
Each room had its own challenges. From dated layouts to structural limitations, our job was to bring them up to today’s clinical, aesthetic and compliance standards, with minimal disruption to the working practice.
Key changes included:
By managing the design and build from end to end, we ensured the project progressed smoothly and aligned with HTM 01-05 and CQC requirements at every step.
We kitted out the surgeries and plant room with durable, high-performance equipment to suit the needs of a busy multi-dentist practice:

Not only do the refurbished surgeries offer a more professional and welcoming environment for patients, they’ve also dramatically improved day-to-day operations for staff. More space. Better lighting. Easier cleaning. And the peace of mind that comes from modern, compliant systems.
By partnering with us for every phase – from layout design and wall moves to equipment supply and install – the team at Alexanders Dental Practice saved time, avoided headaches and gained a futureproof setup that’s built to last.
