What’s included in annual servicing?

We inspect, clean and test each unit, replace routine consumables, adjust settings and record results. You receive certificates and a service report.

How often should we service equipment?

Most items are serviced annually. High-use kit or manufacturer guidance may require shorter intervals. We’ll advise a schedule that fits your practice.

Do you provide documentation for CQC and HTM 01-05?

Yes. You get service certificates and a clear report for audits. We can also log service history in your portal for easy retrieval.

Can you service multiple surgeries in one visit?

Yes. We plan the day around your clinics to minimise downtime and can add extra engineers if needed.

Do you remind us when the next service is due?

Yes. We set annual reminders and confirm dates ahead of time so you never miss a service.

Do you offer same-day emergency call-outs if something fails?

Yes, same-day where possible. Plan clients get priority response. We’ll triage by phone or WhatsApp first to save time.

Can we include breakdown call-outs or parts in a plan?

Yes. EclipseCare plans can include call-outs and selected parts. We’ll price options so you can choose what’s right for you.

Do you provide loan equipment during repairs?

Where available we can supply loan compressors or suction to keep you operational while repairs are completed.

Which areas do you cover for annual servicing?

London and Kent as standard. If you’re nearby in the South East, ask and we’ll confirm availability.
