The Cattani Turbo Smart 2V is a high-performance, variable speed suction system designed as a direct replacement for traditional wet-ring systems.
Suitable for up to four surgeries, it delivers powerful, continuous suction with intelligent speed control and SmartApp connectivity.
Equipped with the Uni Jet 75 2V motor, Turbo Smart 2V produces up to 280 mbar negative pressure while maintaining efficient and responsive operation.
With TÜV certified amalgam retention and upgradeable warranty options, it provides a modern, scalable suction solution for busy multi-surgery practices.
Turbo Smart 2V is the first direct replacement for conventional wet-ring suction systems. It provides a cleaner, more energy-efficient alternative without compromising on vacuum strength or airflow performance.
Suitable for up to four surgeries, it offers a straightforward upgrade path for practices modernising their plant equipment.
The system is driven by the Uni Jet 75 2V motor, delivering up to 280 mbar negative pressure with a maximum flow rate of 1600 l/min. It is capable of continuous operation, provided adequate cooling is available, and operates within a temperature range of +5°C to +40°C.
This makes it well suited to demanding clinical environments where consistent suction is critical.
Turbo Smart 2V automatically adjusts vacuum levels based on real-time demand. When a suction tip is opened, the motor increases speed to supply additional airflow. When the tip is closed, it slows down accordingly.
The system adapts continuously to changing surgery usage, ensuring efficient energy use and consistent suction performance across multiple rooms.
The unit connects via WiFi to the free Cattani SmartApp, allowing professionals to monitor system status, alarms, servicing intervals and maintenance requirements.
The integrated digital display provides clear information on amalgam container levels, operating temperature and total hours worked, supporting accurate servicing and compliance.
Connection to the SmartApp is required under warranty terms.
Turbo Smart 2V achieves 98.1% amalgam retention, certified by TÜV. This supports compliance with environmental regulations and ensures effective separation performance.
Turbo Smart 2V is supplied with a 3-year warranty. An optional additional 2-year warranty can be purchased at the point of sale, extending coverage to 5 years.
Warranties are subject to servicing schedule terms and SmartApp connection requirements.
