The Cattani AC100Q is a quiet-running solution for single surgery dental practices where noise reduction is a priority.
It is supplied with a factory-fitted sound reducing cover, lowering operating noise to 63dB(A) without compromising performance.
The compressor is oil-free and uses a desiccant drying system to deliver clean, dry air consistently. Built and quality checked by hand, the AC100Q conforms to ISO 22052 standards and is designed for efficiency, reliability and low maintenance.
Antimicrobial protection is built in, helping safeguard air quality and internal components within the recommended operating temperature range of +5°C to +35°C.
The AC100Q is supplied with a fitted sound reducing cover, reducing noise levels to 63dB(A). This makes it well suited to practices where plant rooms are close to clinical or patient areas.
Oil-free operation combined with a desiccant drying system ensures a consistent supply of clean, dry air. This supports reliable equipment performance and helps protect sensitive clinical systems. Standard compressor filtration can be upgraded to HEPA H14 filters for enhanced air purification.
A self-purging drying column minimises maintenance requirements while supporting long-term reliability. Each compressor is hand built and quality checked at every stage of production to ensure consistent performance.
The internal receiver is coated with BIOCOTE® silver ion technology, providing permanent protection against bacteria and mould. The exterior is finished with a durable electrostatic paint coating.
The AC100Q fully conforms to ISO 22052 standards and is supplied with a 5 year warranty. An optional extended warranty increases cover to 7 years for added peace of mind.
