Overview

The Vatech PaX-i SC is an advanced panoramic and cephalometric imaging system designed for high-precision dental and orthodontic diagnostics. Combining panoramic and cephalometric capabilities within a compact modern platform, the system delivers detailed imaging while supporting faster workflow and improved patient communication.

With dedicated sensors for panoramic and cephalometric imaging, the PaX-i SC improves operational efficiency while reducing sensor wear and extending system lifespan. Rapid cephalometric technology helps minimise motion artefacts and accelerates image acquisition for smoother clinical workflows.

The included EasyDent software simplifies image management and patient consultation, making the PaX-i SC a complete imaging solution for practices focused on orthodontics, treatment planning and advanced diagnostics.

Description

Panoramic and Cephalometric Imaging

The Vatech PaX-i SC combines panoramic and cephalometric imaging within a single integrated system designed for accurate diagnosis and advanced treatment planning.

Its advanced image processing technology delivers highly detailed panoramic and cephalometric images to support orthodontics, implant planning and general dental diagnostics.

The system improves diagnostic accuracy while helping clinicians communicate treatment plans more effectively with patients.

Dedicated Sensors for Improved Workflow

The PaX-i SC features two dedicated sensors for panoramic and cephalometric imaging.

This removes the need for manual sensor changes between imaging modes, allowing smoother operation and faster workflow throughout the day.

Using separate sensors also helps reduce wear while extending overall system lifespan and maintaining consistent image quality.

Rapid Ceph Technology

Vatech’s Rapid Ceph technology helps minimise motion artefacts during cephalometric imaging while improving workflow speed.

Fast image acquisition reduces the likelihood of patient movement affecting image clarity and allows more efficient diagnostics within busy practices.

The system supports both one-shot and scan-type cephalometric imaging depending on clinical requirements.

EasyDent Software Integration

The included EasyDent software platform provides comprehensive image viewing and patient management functionality.

Its intuitive interface supports quick learning and efficient day-to-day operation while helping improve communication during patient consultations.

The software supports multiple image formats and integrates easily into digital practice workflows.

Compact Accessible Design

The PaX-i SC features a modern compact structure designed to suit a wide range of clinical environments.

Its open-access design supports standing and wheelchair-accessible positioning, improving accessibility and patient comfort during imaging procedures.

The compact footprint also helps maximise available surgery space without compromising imaging performance.
