I recently needed to update my downstairs surgery for the arrival of my new associate. I went to all the 'big names' for quotes but with each quote I was left with lots of unanswered questions. I had spent six months looking at my options but still wasn't happy. I didn't want the hassle of finding local builders or project managing the build as I had patients scheduled for myself. I decided to approach Eclipse for help. They listened to my requirements and concerns and then helped me find solutions to make the surgery exactly how I wanted it to be. Nothing was too much for them and they were extremely helpful with the fine details. They assured me that they would take complete control of the project and offer me a turn key job. I gave them a very tight time schedule and they accepted the contract. The workmen were very professional, friendly and considerate to the workings of the business, which continued uninterrupted upstairs. They delivered a perfect job in 8 working days! The surgery looks amazing. I cannot recommend Eclipse highly enough. They have a fantastic 'can do' attitude. They give you what you want at a very good price and take all the hassle away from you. I am now planning my next surgery re-fit as this one was so easy.
I also recently had a problem with my old Trophy X-ray machine which just stopped working. Being my only machine, I was a little stuck. I had a service contract with a big dental supplier who, after a week, still failed to send help. As I had already contracted Eclipse to build my new surgery, I decided to ask them to come in. They arrived the next day with a brand new machine in the van which they were prepared to fit if my machine was unrepairable. The engineer, Tim, found the problem almost immediately and then carried out a repair. He was gone in 20 mins. How many engineers would do that? A small repair or a new machine at £1200? None that I know.
Brilliant service. They now look after all of my equipment and I feel a lot easier knowing they will help when needed.
