Sky Dental Orpington represents the second squat practice established by Dr. David Olubunmi, building on the success of his previous practice.

With a focus on delivering modern, patient-focused care, Dr. Olubunmi aimed to create a new, state-of-the-art facility that would set a benchmark for quality in the Orpington area.

To achieve this vision, he partnered with us for the design and dental fit-out, and with Excel Building Contractors for the build work, ensuring a seamless integration between design and construction.

Solution

We collaborated closely with both Dr. Olubunmi and Excel Contractors to bring this project to life, providing a comprehensive design and fit-out solution that met the specific needs of a new squat practice.

Our role involved planning the layout, supplying essential dental equipment, and overseeing the integration of key design elements to ensure optimal functionality and aesthetics.

Practice Design and Layout:

We created a custom layout tailored to the workflow and patient experience, ensuring smooth movement throughout the practice and maximised use of space.

Our design facilitated the delivery of a welcoming, efficient, and high-performance environment that aligned with Dr. Olubunmi’s vision.

Equipment and Cabinetry Supply:

We provided Belmont Voyager dental chairs, selected for their comfort and reliability, enhancing patient care. In addition, we supplied all cabinetry, ensuring a cohesive look and durable finishes throughout the practice.

Partnership with Excel Contractors:

Excel Contractors handled all build aspects of the project, executing the construction according to our design specifications.

The collaboration between our teams was marked by excellent reciprocal communication, allowing for smooth coordination and quick resolution of any challenges.

Excel worked directly with Dr. Olubunmi but implemented the build according to our detailed layout, ensuring that every aspect of the design was faithfully realised.
