We are soon coming to the end of another year where we have globally been adapting to the ‘new normal’. We recognise it is not an easy time for our customers and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting Eclipse Dental and for all you are doing in providing healthcare in these unprecedented times.

We have continued to add to the articles and guides on our website with tips and best practices for dental practice design, fit-outs and equipment maintenance. And, earlier in the year we were awarded with the SafeContractor accreditation from Alcumus for achieving excellence in health and safety management.

The projects that we have undertaken this year were a delight to have been involved in, ranging from complete practice fit-outs and room conversions to refurbishing a bus for homeless dental support.

Our Whatsapp Remote Support service provides a Whatsapp videocall to see if we can diagnose any equipment faults and repair the issue remotely. This helps prevent any delay in surgery downtime, and even saves an engineer callout, saving you time and money!

We have also added a Raptor Negative Pressure Kit to our Rental Packages as an alternative to purchase so that dental surgeries can reduce fallow time by extracting out contaminated air.

As we continue to navigate this new normal, you can count on us today, and for many years to come.
