How does it work?

All you need to do is send a pre-recorded video or photos of the issue to our support team or utilise the video call feature on WhatsApp. Our dedicated staff can view the problem in real-time and immediately start working on a solution.

But what if the issue arises outside of regular business hours?

No worries. Our support staff has access to the messaging system and can promptly respond or notify the engineers. This ensures that the problem can be addressed first thing in the morning within our working day, minimising any disruption to your practice.

Should the need arise for an on-site visit by an engineer, we only charge for that particular visit.
