A growing Kent practice expanded its clinical capacity by converting an unused storage room into a fully equipped surgery. The project delivered modern equipment, efficient layouts and reliable plant systems to support day-to-day dentistry and patient care.

Led by Dr Elizabeth Hartle, Swalecliffe Dental Centre has been caring for patients in Swalecliffe and Chestfield, Kent since 2010.
The practice provides NHS, Denplan and independent treatments, covering routine and emergency dentistry alongside cosmetic procedures.
With patient demand increasing, the team identified the need for an additional surgery.
An existing storage room offered the opportunity to expand without extending the building, provided it could be converted into a compliant, well-equipped clinical space.

We converted the storage room into a fully functional dental surgery, managing the supply and installation of all required equipment and services.
The completed surgery provides Swalecliffe Dental Centre with increased treatment capacity, modern equipment and a reliable clinical setup that supports high-quality care for their local community.
