A North Cheam dental practice expanded into an upstairs flat, creating two surgeries, reception, waiting area, decontamination room, toilet and medical rooms. Compliance support and installation delivered modern, functional spaces for growth.
New Lavender House Dental Surgery, led by Dr Marisa Harvey, had previously worked with us to refurbish their original three surgeries.
With increasing demand, the practice sought to expand into the upstairs flat, converting it into two new surgeries, a reception and waiting room, toilet, decontamination room and two medical rooms (one equipped with dental chair services for future use).
Beyond the building works, the project also required assistance with building regulations and change-of-use planning, ensuring compliance and a smooth approval process.
We carried out a full refurbishment of the upstairs flat, managing all works from strip-out through to final finishes.
This included:
Dental Chairs & Stools:
Imaging & X-Ray:
Plant Equipment:
The upstairs flat was successfully transformed into a modern, compliant and functional clinical environment. The addition of two surgeries has increased capacity, while the reception and waiting areas provide a professional welcome for patients.
The decontamination room and radiation shielding ensure regulatory compliance, and the two new medical rooms offer flexibility for future growth, including rental opportunities.
