Located in the heart of Hove, Sussex, Eaton Road Dental Practice, led by Dr Ali Mubarak, is known for delivering first-class dental care with a focus on continual improvement and modernisation.

With a vision to update their facilities in line with current dental technology and design trends, the practice aimed to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing surgery—elevating both functionality and patient experience while staying operationally efficient.
The project began with the removal and disposal of outdated cabinetry and flooring, making way for a completely new layout designed to support modern workflows. Electrical works were carried out to adapt existing circuits for new sockets and dental equipment.
The data network was also relocated to integrate with the updated cabinetry.
Plumbing services were repositioned to accommodate a new sink and relocated floorbox services for the incoming dental chair. Once services were in place, new high-quality vinyl flooring in Metallica Cosmic was installed with heat-welded joints and capped edges, ensuring a seamless and hygienic finish.
The walls were then fully decorated, with all surfaces made good and professionally painted.
All works were carefully planned and delivered under a dedicated project management package, ensuring minimal disruption and a smooth transition to the upgraded setup.
