My role as a service executive is primarily to guarantee our clients are left completely satisfied with us at Eclipse, whether that’s providing and tailoring a quote to your individual clinic’s needs, to reacting effectively and promptly to address any issues you may be experiencing in the clinic. Whether it’s diagnosing the problem over the phone or booking a callout for one of our experienced engineers, I will be with you every step of the way to help reduce clinic downtime, minimising disruption to your practice and patients.
