I started Eclipse Dental with my father and brothers in 2006, and it’s been incredible to see how far we’ve come.
What began with installing air compressors quickly grew into full dental practice fit-outs, and that engineering mindset still drives everything we do today.
I’m most passionate about the final stage of a project. That moment when everything works, the equipment’s installed, and we hand over a finished space that’s ready for patients. It’s always rewarding to see it all come together.
My role as Sales Director is less about selling and more about finding solutions. I spend most of my time planning project details and solving design challenges, especially when space is tight.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my kids and doing a bit of DIY. Although it is difficult to do both at the same time!

I’ve been with Eclipse Dental for over 20 years, and my role as Technical Director is all about making sure every installation runs smoothly from start to finish. Installing and commissioning dental equipment is a critical part of any project. It has to be done right, on time and ready for the dentist to use exactly as planned.
There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make that happen, from coordinating services to testing and fine-tuning every detail before handover. It’s long hours sometimes, but seeing a dentist walk into their finished surgery makes it worth it.
What I enjoy most about working at Eclipse is the variety. No two days or projects are ever the same. And outside of work, I like to keep things simple: reading, relaxing and spending time with friends and family.

I’ve worked at Eclipse Dental for over 16 years, starting out as an installation and repair engineer before moving into the office as a service coordinator and eventually becoming Service Manager. It’s been a rewarding journey watching both the company and the industry evolve, especially as equipment has become more electronic and interconnected over the years.
My role now is all about making sure our clients get the right support and fast solutions when they need them. Being a small, local company means we can take the time to understand each client and provide a more personal level of care.
Outside of work, I love getting out on my bike and cycling with the family. It’s a great way to recharge after a busy week.

I have a wealth of experience in this role, previously managing the operations and purchasing department of a large consumables firm serving the care home industry.

As a Project Manager at Eclipse Dental, I’m responsible for organising and overseeing projects from start to finish – coordinating engineers, builders and clients to make sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule. I enjoy being hands-on, whether that’s on site, in meetings, or keeping in touch with clients and contractors by phone to make sure every detail is covered.
What I like most about Eclipse is the strong team spirit. Everyone works together to deliver the best result for our clients, and that makes even the busiest days enjoyable.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time on practical projects of my own and enjoying time with family and friends.
Office Manager
As Office and Service Manager at Eclipse Dental, my job is to keep everything running smoothly, from coordinating service requests to making sure both our clients and engineers have what they need day to day. No two days are the same, and balancing everyone’s expectations can definitely be a challenge, but it’s always rewarding when everything comes together.
One of the trickier parts of my role is helping customers who aren’t quite sure what equipment they’re referring to. It often takes a bit of detective work, asking the right questions and guiding them through the process. But it’s all part of making sure they get the right support quickly.
I’ve worked in dentistry since 2009, starting as a dental nurse before moving into practice management and now service management. The industry changes constantly, but that’s what keeps it interesting. Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner and our dog, my “baby.”

I’m a Projects and Equipment Sales Consultant at Eclipse Dental, and my role covers a bit of everything. From sales and surgery design to project management, site visits and even a touch of engineering. It’s a varied role that keeps me on my toes, and that’s exactly what I enjoy about it.
The biggest change since I started has been technology. When I first began designing surgeries, it was all done with a pen and paper. No laptops, no mobile phones and certainly no 3D visuals! Now, digital tools make the process faster, more precise and easier for clients to visualise their new space.
What I love most about Eclipse is the people. Everyone genuinely cares about doing a great job and supporting one another. Outside of work, I keep things simple. I enjoy running and getting outdoors whenever I can.

I’ve been part of the Eclipse Dental team for almost two years, working as a Service Advisor. My role centres on guiding clients through their equipment concerns and ensuring every service we deliver meets the highest standard. I work closely with our engineers and clients to make sure each visit runs smoothly and reflects our commitment to dental practice success built-in.
What I love most about Eclipse is the supportive team environment. Everyone shares the same dedication to quality and customer care. It’s rewarding to know that what we do directly supports practices in running efficiently and looking their best.
Something most people don’t realise is just how much impact regular servicing has on dental equipment. Skipping it can lead to unexpected breakdowns and compliance issues.
